- Optionally, include the Assessor Parcel Number (APN) found on your property tax bill or using the ParcelQuest lookup tool.
- Register up to 10 different names and/or 10 APNs per email address.
How Does Owner Alert Work? Once subscribed, you’ll receive automated email alerts whenever a document is recorded with your registered name and/or APN. This includes notifications about liens and other significant changes. However, the service activates only for documents recorded after your subscription.
What Does the Email Alert Contain?
- A document number associated with your registered name/APN.
- A link to view the document index information.
- Instructions on how to view or purchase a copy of the document.
Important Considerations:
- Owner Alert monitors only documents recorded after your subscription is activated.
- Not all APNs and names are entered in the Official Records Index.
