Tunnel To Towers Donations
Our real estate team is committed to donating 10% of every net commission earned from helping San Diego County families buy and sell their homes to The Tunnel To Towers Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to pay off mortgage debt for families of first responders and military members killed in the line of duty, leaving behind young children.
These funds also provide mortgage-free adaptable smart homes for heroes catastrophically injured in the line of duty. All funds donated will stay local, benefiting program recipients in San Diego County. Our goal is to reach $50,000 donated by December 31, 2023!
$️3,000 Towards Closing Costs
When our real estate team represents an active duty first responder or military member in the purchase or sale of their own San Diego County home, Zachary and Rochelle will GIFT $3,000 toward closing costs as a ‘Thank You’ for their service to our San Diego communities and our nation.
